With that brief, we built a best in class network of team management reps and then from their the athletes we needed.
We also had to manage the transition from multiple brands to Nike Snowboarding as we had a lot of athletes within the stable.

By working back with industry contacts, agents, up and coming riders we built a team globally relevant across the competition and editorial scene that was quickly known as the best of its time.
Serve
We flipped the model of just sending boxes of product and scripted out the athletes to allow for sell in aligned to key looks. It meant that conversation happened 12 months ahead of market flow but enabled greater adoption across merchandising.
Over Deliver
To ensure the very best care of athletes in the industry we also took bold steps by renting the best athlete accommodation along with bringing a physiotherapist & chef to all key events. Ensuring that athletes were getting the very best care of the snow enabled them to perform at their best when it was competition time.
